Hi Everyone
I have several file that updated on a daily basis and go directly one NAS.
This File in order to have my PBI daily updated are link through a Gateway from the NAS to the power BI service.
Everything went well since several months, but since one week the gateway doesn't work anymore.
When i go to on premises data gateway it said that the gateway is correctly set-up but remain not reachable due to issue with local network.
Which i don't understand because my Network is working
What can be the issues ? i can send you the log if that helps ...
Thanks a lot for your help, it's currently a real headache and i need some help here ...

Hi, @Anonymous
Here:
But your problem sounds like firewall or proxy issue, please check your block list and internet proxy setting to confirm if this device has any update for these config. If you are on a business network, you might need to check with your Network guys and see if they can open some ports for you.

Hi, @Anonymous
Yes, you need to share a screenshot of the error message. Secondly, you can check whether all the data sources can't be refreshed or whether it is for this data source alone. Try to sign in the gateway again and check if you need to update the gateway version.

Yes i did install the new version, and data source can be refresh.
The issue might come from the prox rule that has been changed because when i tried to hit the Cluster with http instead of https it's working ... What do you think ?
Thanks
Romain
Hi, @Anonymous
Now that the data source can be refreshed normally, it means that the gateway is still working.
You can check if network ports are connected and enable HTTPS mode.
Can you convert to English? I can't understand the screenshot.

Sure I'm sorry my application is in French 🙂
It said that gateway is properly set-up, but unreachable due to local network issues.
Where did you find this option to enable Https mode ?
Thanks
Romain
