Is there any way we can hide a page from dashboard from specific people at the power bi service?

Hey @Anonymous ,
So, a dashboard, in the Power BI definitions doesn't have pages as it is just a long display of visuals. So, I assume that you are referring to a tab on a report? If so, you can hide an entire tab - but that is for everybody in the app. There are a few options on how to share specific parts of a report but probably the cleanest (from a security, not a maintenance perspective) is to create two reports from the same dataset in the workspace and then add those to the app and use a different audience for each report in the workspace.
