Export Data with current layout Unavailable

Hello all, I am trying to export my table via the export data with current layout option. For some reason it wont allow me. Any ideas? I've attached photos of the problem, and some fixes that others have implemented.

    I would also check the settings in the report itself in the options:

     

    Is that possibly restricting them as well?
