Is Power Bi down?

As of this morning around 9 PDT none of my company's reports are refreshing. If Power Bi is not down or running much slower than usual are there any fixes for this?

Hi @jshankles

I would recommend you go look at the support page as well as if you have access to the admin Office 365, there are sometimes notifications there too. Microsoft Fabric Known Issues Microsoft Fabric service status

Hi @jshankles , Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

@GilbertQ  is correct, checking the Microsoft Fabric service status and Office 365 admin notifications is the right place to start, since outages or service slowdowns can cause widespread refresh failures, the next step is to troubleshoot the refresh process itself.

If all reports stopped refreshing, it’s often due to expired credentials, a disconnected on-premises data gateway or capacity limits being hit. You can open the dataset’s Refresh History in the Power BI Service to see any detailed error messages. Also confirm that scheduled refresh settings are still active and haven’t exceeded daily refresh limits.
