Installation error

I face the ninstallation error mentioned below. I have uninstalled and installed the app again from the official website but iti is not working.

Considering you are trying to install power bi desktop.

Power BI installation system requirement :

Supported Operating Systems

Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2019, Windows 11

Microsoft Power BI Desktop requires Internet Explorer 10 or greater.

Check if you have 32 bit or 64 bit system.

Download a fresh version according to your system from here:
Download Center 

Also, if you have any system update pending, update it first.  Check any specific policy and firewall rules not blocking power bi process.

If your meet all the requirement then you should be able to install power bi.

Hi @Praveen123 

are you trying to install desktop or a gateway?

First thing to check is that the version is suited for your device. Example: you download 64Bit and your computer is less than that. 

Maybe the file corrupted, download a new file and install.

I also faced issues in the past with downloading desktop from the Microsoft store, maybe try downloading from the Power BI site
