Incremental Refresh completes in the Service, but adds 0 rows

Hi, 

The dataset is using Power Bi Premium Per User with a REST API as a datasource and an Incremental Refresh policy on the table(Note: the initial partitions are made in Tabular Editor).

Initially partitions are refreshed with the XMLA endpoint in SSMS and works correctly. 

The Error: When updating in the Power BI Service, the update completes(i.e. no error) but no rows are added to specific partition which has been updated.

The newly created partition(from the Service) can be updated afterwards using the XMLA endpoint. 

I'm having a hard time debugging the issue as I don't receive any errors  in the Power Bi Service.

Any Tips?

Validate your RangeStart and RangeEnd query logic. Only one of them can be inclusive.
