Incorrect navigation to app

The navigation to the app (dashboard) doesn't seem to work correctly at one of my clients. New navigation builder is set to 'on' and the desired landingpage is set to the top of the list. Nevertheless, the url to the app directs you not the the app itself, but to a list of the components (see image below). This happens in all of the workspaces within this tenant. Upon removing and publishing a new app, the url to the app works exactly one time. After that the url to the app directs to the list of components. Does anyone have an idea what could be the problem?

Hi @Anonymous

When you create the App are the users clicking on the App link or on the App Workspace link?

Here are more details: Publish an app in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Docs

Hi @GilbertQ,

Thanks for your reply. The goal is to provide users with a shortcut on their desktop that directly links to the Dashboard/app (to limit the steps for the users, since we only have 1 app). We use the below App link for that.

Hi,  @Anonymous

If the problem is still not resolved, it is recommended to open a support ticket to let engineers look into the issue on your side.
