Incorrect navigation to app

The navigation to the app (dashboard) doesn't seem to work correctly at one of my clients. New navigation builder is set to 'on' and the desired landingpage is set to the top of the list. Nevertheles...

Hi GilbertQ,

Thanks for your reply. The goal is to provide users with a shortcut on their desktop that directly links to the Dashboard/app (to limit the steps for the users, since we only have 1 app). We use the below App link for that.
