Hi,
I am using the Image viewer Visual Custom Chart (https://app.powerbi.com/visuals/show/ImgViewerVisual1455487926945) to display products picture when someone clicks on any of the visuals in relation to that product on a report.
I have created a new column where the images are accordingly stored against the product column.
My issue is when none of the products are clicked on the report the image viewer still displays the first image in the alphabetical order (I guess).
I want a separate image being displayed by the image viewer when no product is clicked in the report (so the report displays the total values of all products)
I tried to create a new measure with "distinctcount" function (= DISTINCTCOUNT('Power BI Data'[Product]).
So in my image column, I added a "if" function to change the urls for the image if the "= DISTINCTCOUNT('Power BI Data'[Product]>1)
However, it still does not work.
Anyone has an idea how I can get Image Viewer Visual to display a different Image when all the products' value on my report is displayed?
Thank You in Advanced

Hi @csabagb,

When you specify a column for the URL field of the ImgViewerVisual, only images from that column can be shown on the ImgViewerVisual. So I don't think the separate image can be shown on the ImgViewerVisual in this scenario.

Hi,
Not sure if this is what you need but if you create a blank record (or something like 01 before the name) then sort your image url column by product, it should sort them accordingly. Meaning when nothing is selected then the first record (your total for all products) should appear.
Does that make any sense?
What happened to the image viewer visual? I can't find it anywhere on the store or in the forums?
