IF Date function

For my problem I have a start date and an end date, like this:

Now I also have in another table end dates of the last project an user has done, like this:

Joepvs_1-1667831981509.png

an User can have done multiple projects tho, so he can have multiple start dates and end dates.

For my problem I want to know if there is already a new project planned after the end date of a project for a user.

This would mean that the end date of the last project would need to be earlier then the end date of a planned project.

Does somebody know how i could do this in Power BI?

are you able to provide a pbix with some sample data, and provide an example of what you are expecting?
