I can refresh and publish a report in desktop, but auto refresh is coming up with error:

"The credentials provided for the SharePoint source are invalid.".

if the credentials are working in desktop then, why not in the web refresh? Thanks.

If you see the credentail error like below, you need to edit the sharepoint credentials and re-sign-in.
