Issue with Power BI Service : Service is behaving strange

Power BI Service behaving strangely, once we open the report in service, any item/visual on the page is getting selected automatically. Some times when we open a page it is showing bottom of the page not top. This is because of the auto selection happening on the page in service. In desktop the same report is working perfectly.

While clicking on any page in service Page pane a table like structure is appearing and disappears quickly. Some time a rectangle box is appearing for selected page in Page pane.

What is the issue. I have been observing this from many weeks. Is the Power BI Service working fine or any issues happening around it while doing any enhancements.
