With the new functionality this year, as a workspace admin, I'm able to view all subscriptions for reports within a workspace, even ones created by others. We've recently repointed a report to a new semantic model. The report is exactly the same, but because of the new model, the service treats it as a new report. I'm wanting to transfer all subscriptions from the old version of the report to the new version, but I'm unable to see what filters the users applied to reapply them to the new version.
Is there a way to view the users' subscription filters without having to contact them and ask them to setup their subscription again?
Hi, @chodgsonpbi88
There is no direct way to view users who have been authorized to subscribe to reports, however, as a workaround, you can use the Report Usage Metrics feature to view users who have viewed reports within a certain period of time.

Hi @chodgsonpbi88 ,
You have only two options edit existing subscriptions or create all subscriptions. If he/she use deployment pipeline or published a report on dev/test workspace you can check the subscription details there might be some details.
I hope it will be helpful.
Thanks,

Hi @chodgsonpbi88 - Currently, Power BI does not provide a way for workspace admins to directly view the specific filters or parameters applied to user subscriptions. While you can see the subscriptions and their details (e.g., email addresses, frequency, etc.) in the Manage Subscriptions section of a report, the applied filters or slicer values are not accessible in the admin interface.

Inform them of the report migration and request they re-create their subscriptions.
Provide them with a guide or steps to help them set up their filters again in the new report.
I hope this details helps to update to at your end.
