How to pass an ampersand in a query string parameter?

Hello,

We are passing in query string parameters in URLs to filter Power BI reports. It is working properly.

https://app.powerbi.com/groups/ABC/ReportSection?filter=TableName/FilterName eq 'Haagen Dazs' - This works

But, we have a value which we are trying to filter on which contains an ampersand - i.e. 'Ben & Jerry'.
This does not work. I tried converting the ampersand to unicode and it did not work. i.e. 'Ben _x0026_ Jerry'
Does anyone know how to fix this?

Appreciate any assistance you can provide.

Thanks,
Dan
