Hey @AnonymousPerson ,

looks like someone in your organization has suspended your premium capacity.

If you have access you can turn it on again:

Or to suspend:

Capacities - Suspend - REST API (Azure Power BI Embedded) | Microsoft Docs

Anyway you should check who that was and why. I'm not 100% sure, but I think you need to be tenant admin to do that, so your circle of possible people should be small.
