How to manage approve/reject the access request through the menu path?

Hi All,

I cannot approved any user when request access to my BI.

I try push the button in email but I got an error: 'The remote endpoint returned an error (HTTP '401'). Please try again later.'

I try to push the button for 'Manage in Power BI', and then the system bring me to the home for Power BI.

I don't know how to manage approve/reject the access request through the menu path.

Please give me to some advicement.

Are you in a shared or premium environment?  On Premium you should never share reports directly, always share via the app.

The workspace where I have BI is a Pro License.

My user license is a Premium per user license. I just want a menu that allows for approve/decline options according to the details in the email. Does this actually exist?

Hi @ssuzjzuss ,

I don't think we have such pane in power bi.Open report and click on share enter there email click on submit.In large organisations who have some good budget they will be mostly using Sailpoint iiq groups to manage access to the multiple reports at division level or group level.

So that's a shared environment. Sorry, I don't know how access requests are handled there. I am only familiar with Premium environments.
