Paginated Report returning error after migration to new workspace in new tenant

Hi,

I have a paginated report that is running fine in tenant A - workspace X.
Side note: workspace X is a power bi embedded, at the time the paginated reports were created power bi pro licenses were not supported yet.

I am now migrating these to the workspace of the client, so tenant B - workspace Y (regular workspace).

However one of the reports (there are a few, but only 1 gives an error) is giving an error:

A data source used by this report returned an error. If you continue to experience this error contact the report author or data source owner. Invalid object name 'vw_xxx'.

The object does exist, as the exact same report is running fine.

FYI I migrated the report by downloading the report from workspace X and then uploading it to workspace Y.

Connection state is successful.

Thanks for the help

Hi @firepro ,

Instead of doing it manually you can use power deployment pipeline and try to deploy the report from x to y workspace and check.

Thanks,

Sai Teja
