How to hide certain columns when using export to excel option in power bi service

I have a matrix visual in power bi service. The values in the matrix visual are created using a measure. The measure calculation involves date dimension table and a fact table.

So when I use export to excel option in power bi, i get columns from both date table and fact table as well.

I want to hide certain columns from my date dimension table while exporting to excel.

Does power bi have this option right now?

Hi @Imagauthamam ,

It's not supported currently, you could submit it as an idea.

Thanks Stefano for the reply. If hiding those columns is not possible, can we just move all the dimension table columns  towards the right end of the exported sheet? Is this possible?

not, it will get the same order as show on the visual, if you make the order columns in the columns to group it like that yes otherwise no

if dowloading a visual it will dowload everything in the visual as show or its underalygin data in a table affected by filters, so if its from a visual what you asking cant be done.
