How to get Authorization token to make a POST request to update a Power BI workspace

I need an Authorization token to make a POST request to update a Power BI workspace (in order to automatically deploy changes from the git repo into the workspace) which is made when the 'Update all' button is clicked in the Source control section.

When you click Update All in the PowerBI workspace's Souce Control section, a POST call is made.

This is the url for POST call:

https://df-msit-scus-redirect.analysis.windows.net/metadata/git/workspaces/{YOUR_WORKSPACE_ID}/updat...

Body will look like this:

  "targetCommit": "Your_Target_Commit_ID",

  "workspaceHead": "Your_Current_Commit_ID"

}

Headers will include an Authorization token: Bearer {Token_in_question}

How can I get this Token?
