How to avoid Dataflows storing data

We handle a highly sensitive data, The question is related to dataflow, Does the Power BI dataflows stores the data inside it. If yes, is there any option to avoid storing the data inside dataflow ?

Yes, dataflows are stored as CSV files in Azure storage.  There isnt much of a point to dataflows without the data.
