How best possible to export data from a report

Hi all,

I want my collegues to be able to use a report and export a table with data. Below is a screenshot of the report, its made for the users to select a couple of features and then export the data in the below table, each tile are linked together. (e.g. selecting a countries will only show the data relevant in the data table).

I know this can be done if we all are PRO users and I make a group. But are there other options? I'm a pro user myself, but do the entire organization really have to be that?

I have also tried to pin the report to a  dashboard, but then I loose the export functions, alternative I can pin all the tiles to a dashboard but I loose the functionality as powerBI wants to jump into the reports behind each tile all the time.

I hope this makes sense?

Kristoffer

@Kristofferaabo The dashboard is the sharing mechanism... Is there an issue with just sharing a simple dashboard (1 or 2 tiles) that the end user clicks and is taken to the report. From there, they can interact and export data in the way you describe.
