Help with "EditReport" Operation explanation on Feature Usage and Adoption Report

Hello Community,

I was reading this post Solved: Explanation of all operations in the "Feature usag... - Microsoft Fabric Community and I have reviewed the articles about Feature Usage and Adoption Report and the Operation list - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn.  I found there is an operation listed as "EditReport" but it does not have a definition at this time. 

We were reviewing the report and saw EditReport activity by a user where these conditions are in play:

• P1 SKU capacity
• User has Microsoft Fabric Free license
• User has permission to App to view the reports
• User does not have any direct permission to Workspace, Dataset, Report
• User does not have build permission nor was dataset shared with him in any way

How is it possible to see EditReport activity?

Thank you @Deku for your response. That might indeed be the case. Additionally, we are providing some suggestions, and we kindly request you to review them.

Check if the App's settings unintentionally allow users to edit reports. Confirm if the “Allow Users to Edit Content” setting is enabled.
Review if the dataset is indirectly shared, such as through Analyze in Excel, SharePoint, OneDrive, or a Direct Link.

At this time, I would say I'm not clear if it answered my question exactly - but I also am not sure if the question can be accurately answered. 

"EditReport" sounds like a developer activity - but if adding a Personal Bookmark qualifies as a "EditReport" then it's a much more broad term. 

I don't want to leave the inquiry open, so I will mark resolved - but I'm adding this additional comment to help others who may have the same inquiry.
