Help please

Hi All

I'm hoping someone can helpl with my problem, I work for a NHS trust  and have a power bi "acount" for one element of reporting and this work perfectly fine.

I have been added by another trust to see another set of reporting however when I follow the link I get the following error message

I have found out that other users in the same boat as me but our IT are not able to offer a solution

Any help grafully received.

Please contact your IT department and let them check the license of your account,

then search your account and check its license
