Gateway refresh, data source timed out.

Hello, 

I'm having a problem to updating my Power BI Report, when I try to update through the gateway it takes a lot of time and does not update, I would like to know if there is any way to increase time on the processing of refresh the Report by Gateway.

The error is this: (Language is Portuguese(BR)

Hey there are 2 questions we can look:
1. Do you use personal mode gateway or enterprise mode gateway?
2. How big your data sets and how many connections do you have in this report?

1 - Personal mode gateway.

2- Very Big, almost 1GB. The report conects to 03 data base. I dont know if is this that you need.

In Gateway configuration, you can check below: 

If you do not have premium capacity, the update speed also depends on the connections. what kind of connections do you have now?
