Suddenly this night my dataflow (a critical one) started taking so long to refresh when its average is of 2-4 minutes.
I've never had an issue in the past with them and datasets refreshes are running as usual. Any input will be highly appreciated.

Yes, it's been going on for weeks and won't be fully solved for another month, as per:
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/
Power BI customers using dataflows may experience long running refreshes or refreshes stuck in cancelling state. As a workaround, please refer to the Power BI Dataflow known issues documentation. Engineers have identified multiple root causes and expect a first improvement of the experience to be deployed by end-of-day 06/30/2022. A next major wave of fixes is expected to be deployed by end-of-day 07/21/2022.
