Gateway configuration correct but local connectivity issues

Hi guys,

I keep getting these error messages when my reports are failing.  Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached.  Below is my gateway status but i find it confusing as the computer these refreshes are being powered on remain connected to a stable connection through a hrdwired connection.   Any ideas how to troubleshoot?

Hi @cdawidow 

This issue was resolved by uninstalling, and then reinstalling the on-premise gateways. You can try to uninstall the original gateway, and reinstall the latest gateway, and then see the result

Make sure all the ports mentioned Adjust communication settings for the on-premises data gateway | Microsoft Docs are enabled to access
