Gateway Offiline error

Please refer to the attached image

I got the same error frequently (once or twice a week) in my scheduled refresh (Your data gateway is offline or couldn't be reached).

Please investigate.

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm not so recommend you to install your gateway client on laptop or device who need to often turn off or restart, it will effect refresh operations. On-premises data gateway#requirements

Actually, it not require to direct install client on database side, you can install to a compute who can access to that datasource.(in same organization tenant)

If you can't install gateway client to another device, you can consider to modify your scheduler plan to prevent conflict with device maintain.
