Hi,
For about two months, the Power BI gateway has been failing with the following log:
{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_CanceledError","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_CanceledError","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: ScadutoNav.
The message is always the same; only the table name changes.
Some information:
The reports are not large (approximately 30,000 records).
The report structure has not changed in the last 5-6 months; they did not have any problems initially.
Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi @maxmont ,
It looks like you're facing intermittent failures with the Power BI gateway, specifically the DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_CanceledError, despite the gateway being up to date and the dataset being relatively small. This issue could be related to resource utilization on the server hosting the gateway, so it's important to check CPU, memory, and network stability, as spikes in usage might be causing the failures. Additionally, timeouts or network instability could be contributing to the issue, so verifying firewall and proxy settings, as well as reviewing gateway logs for more details, would be helpful. Enabling verbose logging in the gateway settings can provide deeper insights into potential causes. If the failures happen during scheduled refreshes, increasing timeout settings or optimizing queries might improve reliability. As a troubleshooting step, you could also try reinstalling the gateway to ensure a clean setup. If the problem persists, contacting Microsoft Support with error logs and activity IDs would be the best course of action for further investigation.
