Gateway App Error

Hi PBI Community,

 

I would like to ask for your help regarding the error I am encountering on the gateway app. Recently, our company updated our login credentials (usernames). Since then, our gateway has been offline. I tried to change my login credentials on the gateway app but I cannot seem to open the app because of my new login username.
