My organization would like to do some work with surveys through forms and analyze them in Power BI. I am currently trying to set up forms pro through our dynamics crm instance, but when I do that I get an error of "Failed to update model parameters. Please try again later." When I enter in our dynamics url in the get your data window. When I look at the forms pro template app , it looks like this is just designed for customer satisfaction survbeys. Does this mean it will be useless for custom surveys? We are looking to use 3 different survey templates to evaluate projects after they are complete. Part of the issues I am encountering , which is why I started looking down the forms pro route is that the people in charge of the surveys want to create a new survey for each project (with the same questions from one of the 3 templates, but different options under the choice fields ). Is using forms pro going to help solve this issue, or will I have to link each form seperately in some way. Part of why I was looking at forms pro instead of flow is because each project will have a seperate survey which needs to be loaded into its own flow, and at that point I am better off just downloading the respnses as an excel file than messing around with the flow UI.
Hi @Anonymous ,
Based on your description, it seems that you are confused about the problem from Microsoft Forms rather than from Power BI. If I understand correctly, you could ask for help from the Forms team. They will give you a dedicated support.

Xue Ding
