Format a implicit measure ,how?

Ok not using a measure formula.

I have added an implicit measure ( I a field from at table to a va;lue in a matrix) to a matrix grid, and want to $ and zero decimals.

Having no luck, any ideas

Solved it, select the field in the table and format it there. '
