Filters Pane Issue

I have a powerBI report in which I have edited the Filters pane on the right-hand side, letting users see and interact with certain filters, but hiding the rest. When I publish the report to the service, the Filters pane shows filters to the end user that I did not put there. If I try to edit the report directly in the service by clicking Edit, the filters I want to remove disappear, but then reappear when I return to the viewing mode of the report. I have attached screenshots of what I am seeing. Why is this happening? Is there a fix, or is it a bug?

They look like the result of a drill through to the page. Those will be all the columns from the table you drilled through from. You can specify what fields should be used as the basis of the drill through on the drill through page. Additionally you can untoggle "keep all filters" so only the specified column filters are passed.
