Filter text changed colour in Service, not responding to change

in Power BI Service the contents of filters show as black even though it is set to be yellow. Changes to any other colour do not seem to apply. When the report is downloaded to desktop, the colours are again yellow. Did I miss anything? Is it a bug?

Regarding your questions, I can't reproduce them at the moment, but I have noticed that this has happened to other people within the forum, and someone has already posted a question about it.

We have the same issue across all our reports with a dark background although still looks fine in the desktop version of the file. We have manually changed the background to white until the issue is resolved.

I am seeing the same problem in my reports too.
