Filled Maps not working in app but working in desktop

I have a simple map: 
- a column containing only country name (France, Afganistan..)
- a Simple Sales measure
this set up works perfectly fine in the desktop but when I publish, it stops working.
I already tried changing the Data Category multiple times and to multiple options.
I tried switching web browsers.
I even tried adding a table containig longitude and latitude for each country, but nothing works. 
The only thing that works is changing to a "normal" map (the one with the globe icon).

Do you still have this issue? If yes, could you provide a screenshot of what the two maps look like(Desktop vs Service), or be a bit more descriptive in what is wrong as @Seth_C_Bauer mentioned above? So that we can help further investigate on this issue. It's better that you can also share a sample pbix file which can reproduce the issue. You can upload it to OneDrive or Dropbox and post the link here. Do mask sensitive data before uploading.

@tomerfaith Are you using the Filled map, or Shape map? Also, can you provide a screenshot of what the two maps look like, or be a bit more descriptive in what is wrong?
