How to reset (not clear!) my page level filter

Hi,

I've created and shared a report with a page level filter 'type'.

By default, the 'type' filter has alle elements selected except for the 'Other' element.

The end user can play around with the selection of the page level filter.

However, what if she wants to restore the default filter setting (all selected but 'Others')?

I don't seem to find a way for her to do that easily without leaving the report.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Ojke,

You can submit an idea here: power-bi-ideas. Maybe we can have this feature in the near future.

Best Regards!

@Ojke I would change the value of "Other" to be "(Other)" so it shows on top. Then the end user would just need to click "Select All" 1x or 2x to clear/select all the values and then they can uncheck "(Other)"

Hi @Seth_C_Bauer,

As this might be an interesting approach... I will not use it as this field is also used in other reports (my source is a live connection with an AS Cube). Changing the value of the element for the purpose of this report only is not correct.

Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
