Is it possible for a licensed external B2B user to grant access to other users in their organisation?
So, if organisation (A) published a report (R) to the Service and then gives user (U) from organisation (B) a member level access to the report. Would it possible for (U) to grant access to the report (R) to other users in (B)?
The premise here is that anyone with a member's access privilege can add other users and share report, according to this article
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous
According to the official document:
By default, Azure AD B2B Guest users can't access workspaces. Power BI admins can allow external guest users to edit and manage content in the organization. The enabled Guest users are able to access workspaces to which they have permission.
Only the Power bi admin can give the external user with a license, which means it's not possible for the external guest to give the re-license.

Hi,
Further to previous message, wants clarification for the following.
An external user with Azure B2B access wants to connect dataflows using PBI Dataflows connector from PBI Desktop.
But not able to do so. Is it a limitation for External users even though Contributor/admin access provided from app workspces.

Bala
Thanks for your reply.
So guest users cannot themselves add other guest users?
Is there a possibility or feasibility that this feature could be implemented in near future updates to Power BI service?
