Hi all,
I am having trouble after publish reports at Power BI. All configurations are done for export data be available and even so, when I am at Power BI service I don't have this option.
My IT team or colleague told me that does not have any more options for this and I don't know what to check anymore, I think it should be working already

I am still trying to check the options here. The dash is configurated and IT team told me that
it appears to be about creating a multi-tenant organization within the Microsoft Admin Center, they understood this, I hope it is what the messages here means. So We're going to work on this and I confirm if works!

Export not showing in Power BI Service usually means:
Tenant setting disabled by admin.
No Build permission on dataset.
Visual/data type doesn’t support export.
👉 Most likely your IT team disabled export at tenant level.

Please note that you can also configure these options when creating the Power BI reports to decide which items will be available for users, so make sure that the reports author hasn't disabled this feature.

If Export setting is configured properly in desktop file, I would first go to the report Settings in the Service, Export Data and confirm it’s enabled there as well, and confirm the visual itself allows export (check Visual Header settings).
Second, make sure you have 'Build permission' on the dataset.
If these don't fix the issue, you may have your IT Admin check their portal and see if this 'Export data' is disabled in tenant setting.
