Exportar PDF

Desde la web no aparece la opcion de exportar a PDF, tengo el permiso habilitado ,pero no aparece.

me pueden indicar si hay alguna configuracion adicional que deba aplicar.

Hola! PDF tiene algunas consideraciones adicionales para exportar. Si bien podrías exportar a powerpoint y guardar como pdf, entiendo que no es lo ideal. Comienza por validar si la exportación a PDF no es visible solo en ese informe o si no aparece en ninguno (en ese caso puede que este desactivada la opción en portal de administración de inquilinos).
