Export to Powerpoint (or PDF) through API

We have a scenario where we would like to take a "snapshot" of the report and send it as an email attachement.

The part where we need to send an email could be handled outside of the PowerBI service, but we need to find a programmatic way of exporting the report. Optimal would be as a PDF, but there seems to be no option of doing so (expect for Print > Print as PDF). What I've found is export to Powerpoint (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-publish-to-powerpoint).

Do you know if there is any way of programattically exporting a report from PowerBI.com as a Powerpoint file?

Could there be any potential licence violations doing so?

After research, there is no direct way to achieve your requirement. Please review this feature request and vote it. I am not sure if it's feasible by programing because I am not specific about Power BI development, you can post your thread to Power BI developer community to consult suggestions.
