Hello again,
I have some issue with PowerBi dashboard shared to client from another domain.
There is no AM/PM signature on line chart in his daschboard, when he moves coursor to it.
Those screanshoots should explain what i mean:
My dashboard:
https://ibb.co/cZbLWm
My dashboard shared to client in other domain:
https://ibb.co/b8xSBm
I think that this isn't something i'm able to fix, and Microsoft should fix this issue, am i right?
Hi @pak,
I could not reproduce this behavior on my side.
Does this problem exist when you share the same dashboard with client in same domain? Does the client from a different domain have different regional settings and different date/time format settings? I think the date/time format settings on local machine would not affect the report output in service, but you could change the settings for a test.
Besides, if issue always persists, I would suggest you create a support ticket for further analysis.
Regards,
Yuliana Gu
Hi @v-yulgu-msft,
Thanks for you answer.
I send it also to e-mail in other domain, and i open it on the same local mashine and the same situation happens.
Also, timestamp is in 24-hours format, but in PowerBi Desktop i have line chart in 24-hours format, on app.powerbi.com same line chart is in 12-hours format, and on shared to other domain's dashboard's line chart is also in 24-hours format, on the same local machine. Maybe it has something in common?
