Hi guys,
We have embedded several paginated reports in our application.
One, and only one, of our customers is having troubles exporting them to Excel.
"Export failed could not connect to the server. Please check your network settings and try again later"
The report renders fine on screen (500 rows, so that is not an issue), also exports to csv works fine.
Other users can export the same report, same parameters, without problems.
Any help is much appreciated
Hi @dartmeister ,
Try from any other browsers or incognito mode.I hope it will be helpful.
Thanks,
Sai Teja
Hi @dartmeister, looks like the problem’s on their end probably a network hiccup, browser quirks, or something funky with Excel. Have them check their network setup, tweak the browser or Excel settings, and peep the server logs for any error clues during export.
