Hi guys,
We have embedded several paginated reports in our application.
One, and only one, of our customers is having troubles exporting them to Excel.
"Export failed could not connect to the server. Please check your network settings and try again later"
The report renders fine on screen (500 rows, so that is not an issue), also exports to csv works fine.
Other users can export the same report, same parameters, without problems.
Any help is much appreciated

Try from any other browsers or incognito mode.I hope it will be helpful.

Hi @dartmeister, looks like the problem’s on their end probably a network hiccup, browser quirks, or something funky with Excel. Have them check their network setup, tweak the browser or Excel settings, and peep the server logs for any error clues during export.

Had the same issue/error message today. For us, it seems to be related to our VPN provider (embedded reports in internal solution accessible via VPN). If I generate the report while connected to VPN it displays fine in online. Then I disconnect the VPN and choose Export to Excel, and it exports fine.
