Export data option not coming in Report in Power BI service

There is no export data option coming in my report for any type of visual, my export option are enabled and display visual header is also enabled in pbix file before publishing the same into powerbi service.

Can anyone suggest something?

I found that when you're sharing the report, you need to have the "Allow users to build new content using the underlying datasets" checked. When this is checked, it allows users to export the data. If it is not checked, they won't be allowed to export.
