Export data function Missing

Looks like the feature Export data is no longer available in Power BI Service. Using PowerBI desktop (May 2019 version) and ticking "allow end users to export both summarised and underlying data from the service or report server", I then publish to the Service and the functinality to export data dissapears from the report that has been published.

I found that when you're sharing the report, you need to have the "Allow users to build new content using the underlying datasets" checked. When this is checked, it allows users to export the data. If it is not checked, they won't be allowed to export.

Please check with your administrator whether the option has been disabled in admin portal.

Export data option is available in Service - report not in dashboard view 

kindly check from where you are exporting data.

I am exporting from a report and not from a tile on a dashboard
