Hi All,
I have a report which consists of header section which static text then a table visual having variable number of row and finally a footer section with some static text. I'm attaching a sample below. When we export this report into PDF, it only export the header and the table enteries that are visible on the screen. Is there any workaround to export the complete report into PDF from Power BI Service.
Best Regards,
Thanks

Hi @Anonymous ,
No currently you can't show everything in exported pdf. I mis-interpreted your query.
Export to PDF just shows the rows that are currently shown on your table and matrix without scrolling them down.
Thanks,
Pragati
Hi @Anonymous ,
How you are trying to Export to PDF?
From Power BI service the export to pdf should export everything.
Did you try exporting to PDF for the same report in POwer BI Desktop?
Thanks,
Pragati
Hi Pragati,
As far as I know
The Export to PDF feature appears to be just a screen capture of each report - whatever is currently being shown on the screen is what is captured in the pdf. When a report has a Table or Matrix visualization on it with rows that scroll beyond what is shown, these are not captured in the pdf. Please see the below idea on ideas.powerbi.com
https://ideas.powerbi.com/ideas/idea/?ideaid=647f5f59-596b-4a3e-8d07-f2835a5f5a18
But I need to have all the data show up in the pdf. That's why I am checking if there is any workaround to accomplish this in Power BI
Thanks
