Export Data with current layout option : "Error" Date Format in Excel

Hi, 

When the data in the table is exported to Excel using the Data with current layout option , the date format

the format of the date coming from an indicator in ShortDate format is no longer the same format in excel :

The result : ( english format ? )

With Summarized and Underlying Data its ok :

1) on the dataset ( SSAS Tabular 2016 ) :

2) Properties measure :

3) My regional settings on my PC are in French

4) on the server : 

would this be due to this?
