Our Client like to  export/download data from Published Report ,

hey,

You can leverage REST API to extract data from Power BI:

In Powerbi.com - I can see the option to export dateIn Powerbi.com - I can see the option to export dateWhen I published - I don't have any way to export DataWhen I published - I don't have any way to export Data

In PowerBI.com, I have option to "export data" , but when I publish to public, I no longer have "..." and no way to "export data"

My question is "Is there any way we can "export data" after publish I publish it so that customer can download data with *.csv or excel file ?

but when I publish to public, I no longer have "..." and no way to "export data"

That was the piece of information missing from your original post.  "Publish to web"  comes with limitations.
