Error when using Added Index function in Dataflow

Hi experts,

I am getting an error in 'dataflow' when I add a  'new column' to deduct two consecutive rows based on another 'column' ([Meter] in this case). I use the 'Added Index' function which possibly causes the error. However, I do not have any issue using this in 'PB Desktop'. Any workaround you've come across, I appreciate it.
