Error when registered Pro

My customer registered Power BI Pro and received email active, but when he clicked it, the web was opened and returned a error: Error Code: 2001 80d56e16-8183-47cc-b0ff-3036a4e9112b.

Note: He received it in 27/6/2017, but he did not click until in 26/7/2017.

Can anyone help me?

Hi @pmhoang94,

 

I think he has missed the activation deadline, perhaps you can ask him to open a support ticket for further support.
