Cumulative Calculation

Hi All,

I'm trying to do a dynamic calculation.

I have a "RoE" table containg two sets of rates of exchange.

An "Incurred" table showing amounts

A slicer choosing which rate type to use

A relationship between the "RoE" & "Incurred" tables, one to many on the SettCcy field

The results table I'm looking for is a measure that takes the "Incurred Claims Sett Ccy" measure & devide it by the selected RoE.

I created a measure in the "Incurred" table " Incurred Claims CNV = Incurred[Incurred Claims Sett Ccy]/sum(RoE[RoE])

In the results table  below I get the right result apart from the total which I would expect to be 752 rather than 189.

Can anyone assist on how I should set this up?

Thanks

Jason

Hi @jasgun,

Please modify your measure as below:

Incurred Claims CNV =
SUMX (
    Incurred,
    CALCULATE ( SUM ( Incurred[Incurred Claims Sett Ccy] ) / SUM ( RoE[RoE] ) )
)
